Sleep deprived & utterly exhausted
Not exercising regularly
Struggling to meal prep and eat a consistently nutritious diet
Stuck in office jobs, leading a sedentary lifestyle
Drowning in the demands and emotional rollercoaster that come with being new parents
We bounced from one strict diet to another, constantly searching for quick fixes. In all this chaos, we forgot one crucial factor: foundational healthy habits.
This left us feeling unhappy, unhealthy, and overwhelmed.
Like so many others, we invested countless hours—and money—into trainers and programs that simply didn’t fit the realities of our lives as busy parents.
By the time we had our second baby we :

Left our office jobs to pursue our passion
