How it works?
Once you purchase you will automatically recieve an email to fill out our health form questionnaire so we can gather the relevant health & body composition data required to write your meal plan (please check your junk folder in case it goes there!)
You will need pick your primary goal of either Fat Loss, Maintenance or Surplus (we can help you decide whats best if you need any assistance)
Then we will calculate the following that are required for you to meet your goals:
calories/macros goals
step goals
recommended training sessions
We will also provide 4 x example meal plans according the calculated calories & macros (you can choose to repeat these 1-3 times and which means you can follow your set figures anywhere from 4-12 weeks depending on how many times you would like to repeat the meal plans)
We will also send a video explaining the meal plans/calories & macros/step goals etc and make sure you understand what to expect & track in regards to your progress (scale weight/photos/measurements etc) to meet your desired goal.
Once your purchase & pay in full for this service, an email will be sent with the form required.
Once we recieve the completed form we will complete and send you your meal plan within 7 business days.

This DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKLY CHECK INS or any other regular support once meal plans are sent off with the video
This DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY TRAINING PROGRAMS to follow
