Strong Fams was founded and is run by husband and wife duo Rachel & Nick Giampietro who are at the peak of their health & fitness with 2 kids in tow.

Strong Fams launched in 2020 as a sister company to successful Strong Mamas. Rachel & Nick spent 2+ years owning & running a gym in Sydney, NSW, Australia training 100s of parents face to face but have now taken all services completely online so they can impact parents all over the world!.

To build strong & healthy families all over the world… One person at a time.

Maybe you’ve tried a lot of diets or other health methods in the past, and failed, or you’re not even sure where to start.

 

You’re probably sick of all the misinformation and BS out there and wasting your money on trainers and programs that don’t follow through on their promises or actually get it what it’s like to be a parent and make lifestyle changes during this season of you life.

You no longer want to wake up feeling miserable in your body, unmotivated, confused as what to put on your plate each meal or what fad diet or exercise style you should try next to just try and get one step closer to your goals. 

Perhaps you are worried for your children. If you can’t figure this all out, how will they?

Don’t worry, we get it.

We’ve been there too, and that’s what has led us to learn everything, apply it in our own lives, and then now teach it to epic people like you.

The methods and lifestyle we teach are the ones we live all year round, without making any sacrifices for all the things that bring us pure joy, including quality time with each other and our beautiful two kids.

 
 

Yes, training regularly & eating whole foods that nourish our body is a concrete part of our lifestyle, but we want you to know we also eat “soul foods” like pizza & chocolate & hot chips and Nick loves a good beer every known and again - and we STILL easily maintain healthy & strong bodies! 

We know a healthy balanced approach is crucial to long-term, sustainable results.

But what we think is the best bit is…

We live a healthy lifestyle all year round so we can confidently teach it to our kids too in the hope they don’t have to suffer the same poor health/ yo-yo dieting destructive paths we once did.

 

We have it all. And we know you can too.
