Complete the Questionnaire:

Once you've decided to move forward, we'll send you a detailed questionnaire to gather information about your fitness level, training history, dietary preferences, and lifestyle. This helps us create a truly personalised program

Your Personalised Plan is Created:

Our expert coaches will craft a fully customised 12-week training plan based on your unique needs and goals. This plan will include 3 x 4 week phases of between 2-5 sessions/week as per your preferences and goals.

Access Your Training Plan & App:

Within 7 days of completing the questionnaire, you’ll receive your personalised training plan. We will also provide you with your login credentials to the Strong Fams app where you can access your workouts, track your progress, and more.

Begin Your Fitness Journey:

Start implementing your personaliz]sed training plan! Remember that you have full access to the Strong Fams app for 12 weeks which provides additional educational resources and support to guide you along the way.

Informative Video Explanation:

We offer fully personalised plans, created by expert coaches with many certifications (including pre & post natal) and not just generic workout templates. You also get exclusive access to our app, which contains many other essential resources to maximise your results from all areas.

How is my program personalised?

We begin with a detailed questionnaire to understand your fitness background, goals, limitations, and preferences. Your coach then designs a unique training plan and may schedule a consultation for further refinement if neccessary.

What equipment do I need?

The program is designed to be flexible, using bodyweight exercises or minimal equipment for home or gym workouts. You'll receive a detailed equipment list with your training plan.

What if I'm a complete beginner?

Our programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Your personalised plan will be tailored to your current abilities and will gradually increase in intensity.

What kind of results can I expect from the Custom Training Program?
