"Hi, I’m Rachel Giampietro — a devoted wife and mum of 3, and a passionate advocate for health, strength, freedom, growth & community and connection.

Being a manifesting generator with a 1/3 profile (for all my Human Design lovers) I’m a typical multi-faceted soul with too many passions to count.

My heart’s work though? Helping mums thrive in all aspects of their health. I look at health 100% holistically - not just physically but mentally emotionally and spiritually too.

Unlike many other coaches - I don’t believe in helping mums “bouncing back” (because let’s be honest, there’s no going back in motherhood). Instead, I love to help mums “thrive forward” and embrace the incredible, strong, new version of themselves.

Through my honest, real and raw no-BS coaching approach I equip mums with the education, tools, resources & mindset to take daily steps towards the most thriving versions of themselves YET - yep even in the busiest season of life (motherhood).

I’ve tried other programs before and didn’t see results. How is this different?

Thriving Forward is designed by a mum, specifically for mums and focuses on more than just food & fitness. We address your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being to ensure long-term results are achieved and maintained. Our program prioritizes long term progress, not perfection, and helps you embrace your new self instead of trying to “bounce back.”

I’m overwhelmed as it is—how will I find time to commit to this program?

We understand how busy mum life is! That’s why this program is designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule. Workouts are short (around 20–30 minutes), and the mindset, nutrition, and self-care practices are broken into daily/manageable steps. You’ll also have a supportive community to help you stay motivated.

How personalised are the meal plans?

When you sign up you fill an in depth questionnaire that covers all areas of nutrition and your lifestyle. Rachel then writes the meal plans based on the answers in the questionnaire and your energy requirements and goals.

What does it mean by "5 x Full Day Meal Plans" ?

5 x Full day meal plans means 5 full day examples of what you can eat in a day to meet your calorie & macro goal. You can alternate between these 5 examples however you like over the 10 week journey. For example, you can follow 1 meal per week for 5 weeks and then repeat. Or you can follow 1 meal for 3 days, then move to another and rotate as you like. Rachel will also show you how to use MyFitnessPal to choose your own foods/ create your own meals too so there are endless variety and options!

Do you have gluten free, dairy free, coeliac or, vegan options??

Yes, the meals plans can be catered to everyone with all types of food requirements!

Will I have to cook & eat different meals to my family?

No you won't, unless you choose to! The meal plans are designed to be suitable for the whole family to enjoy too. Rachel will also educate you on how to cook meals in bulk whilst sticking to your own calorie goals.

How much cooking/prep is involved with the meal plans?

Rest assured, Rachel is a whiz when it comes to writing delicious - but simple + cost effective meal plans. After all she is a busy mum of 3 herself so she aims to show you how to create various meals that require minimal prep and time in the kitchen.

I’m scared of counting calories and macros—it feels overwhelming and I'm not experienced. Does this matter?

Not at all! In Thriving Forward, I’ve done the hard work for you. I provide full-day meal plan examples that include the complete calorie and macro breakdown for each meal, so you don’t have to stress over the numbers. You’ll have everything laid out clearly, making it easy to follow without feeling overwhelmed.

As you go through the program, I’ll also teach you, step by step, how to make swaps and adjust meals to suit your preferences and lifestyle. You’ll learn how to count calories and macros in a way that’s simple, approachable, and works for YOU. Whether you stick to the meal plans or start experimenting with tracking on your own, you’ll have all the tools and support you need to succeed.

I just had a baby. Is it safe for me to join ?

Yes! Rachel is a full certified pre & post natal coach and the program is specifically designed for women in all stages of postpartum. However, for extra measure & safety, we recommend all mums seeing a women's health/pelvic floor physiotherapist prior joining + for exclusively breastfeeding mums, waiting at least 8 weeks post partum and/or until milk supply has been established.

Are the meal plans breastfeeding friendly and is it safe to lose weight whilst breastfeeding?

Yes the meal plans are breastfeeding friendly, and under Rachel's close guidance, yes it is safe to lose weight whilst breastfeeding. Please know: Rachel is a fully certified pre & post natal coach and has successfully coached many breastfeeding mothers in their weight loss journey without compromising milk supply. It is recommend to wait at least 8 weeks post partum and/or until milk supply has been established for best results. If you are concerned it is always best to check with your doctor.

How much weight can I expect to lose every week??

We calculate and estimate for our clients to lose an average of 0.5kg to 1kg per week, if fully compliant . However each individual is different so this can affect the rate of your weight loss journey.

How many workouts do I need to per week to see results?

We recommend anywhere between 2-4 workouts/week depending on what you can realistically make work. Most mums average 2 sessions/week from home and achieve amazing results.

What equipment will I need to workout from home?

You will need the following equipment to undertake the program from home:

  • Adjustable dumbbells (or a few pairs of light, med + heavy DBs)

  • Adjustable Bench

  • Fit Ball

  • Resistance Bands (1 x light, med + heavy)

  • Booty Bands and

  • Suspension Trainer
